  • Execute the role of Quality Control Manager / Site Safety Health Officer.  Maintain quality control information on a daily basis including the Contractor Quality Control (CQC).   Plan elements, such as quality control organization, definable features of work, submittal register, QC requirements, equipment list, daily CQC report, QC punch list items, QC testing, transferred and installed property, and user training requirements.

 

  • Act as prime contractor or subcontractor on Projects including installation and flashing of new windows, fabricating, blast mitigation, louvers, sun shades, and steel..
  •  Conducting and supervising on-site management staff, assisting in technical submittal review, safety task and on-site inspections.

 

  • Maintain specific experience in project’s work areas such as demolition to include the removal of windows
